I was on a mission to travel the world, collect insights, ideas, and connections. I did all that and, in the process, I also went on a journey within. That’s when the Insights Atelier was born.

For years, my career has been focused on mining and uncovering deep human insights to inform marketing strategies for a wide range of well-known brands. Having devised creative ways of finding insights, I had the opportunity to travel the world, meet with everyday people, visit them in their homes, go shopping with them, take them out for coffee, invite them to discussion groups or even put biosensors, or eye-tracking devices on them. All in the name of uncovering deep human truths that are hidden beyond the surface.

Conversations that started with wanting to understand why people drink coffee or why they use one shampoo over the other have taken me to surprising places, exploring the depths of the human psyche. One thing they all had in common is that they led to deeply engaging dialogues despite the frivolous nature of the initial topic. 

In the spring of 2015, I set out on my own journey of exploration and insight mining. I was on a mission to travel the world, collect insights, ideas, and connections. I did all that and, in the process, I also went on a journey within. That’s when the Insights Atelier was born.  

Now I am bringing all those insights and connections together in the form of powerful salon-style discussions. All wrapped in the context of the finest global and cultural experiences that provide an inspiring backdrop to those gatherings.


Aleksandra is the recipient of a prestigious Young Leader Inspire Award from the International Advertising Association in London, UK for her contributions to the marketing communications industry worldwide. She was also named the Iconic Woman Leader in Women’s Empowerment at the Women’s Economic Forum in New Delhi, India. Aleksandra received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University. She is a global traveler and a natural networker.
